PCC’s 2025 Annual Report: Growing Our Impact for the HIV/AIDS Community

We are proud to share Palmetto Community Care’s 2025 Annual Report — a reflection of another year of meaningful growth, expanded services, and deepened community impact across Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties.

In 2025, PCC reached new milestones in our mission to ensure that no one living with HIV or AIDS goes without medical care, everyday resources, or support. Our medical case management team logged more than 23,000 client contacts. Our prevention programs administered more than 3,300 HIV tests and 3,200 STI screenings. Truesdale Medical Center provided 4,555 patient encounters — including 433 first-time patients — and opened a new dental clinic made possible through the generous support of the Mack Snyder Rau Foundation.

Organizationally, PCC’s total revenue grew to $17.8 million in 2025, more than doubling since 2020. That growth has translated directly into client assistance, which surpassed $13.4 million — covering medications, insurance co-pays, housing stability, and essential supportive services for the people we serve.
