Lowcountry’s Largest LGBTQ+ Celebration Brings Drag, Dining, and a Live Auction to the North Charleston Convention Center!!!
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – Palmetto Community Care, the Lowcountry’s leading HIV care and prevention organization, will host Charleston Gay Bingo: Palm Royale on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the North Charleston Convention Center. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
Gay Bingo is one of the Charleston region’s most anticipated community events — an all-inclusive evening of drag performances, live bingo, a curated dinner, top-shelf open bar, and a live auction, with all proceeds directly supporting Palmetto Community Care’s HIV care, prevention, and community health services across South Carolina.
“Gay Bingo is more than a party; it reminds us that the HIV/AIDS epidemic still impacts many in the Lowcountry. At Palmetto Community Care, we are constantly working toward ending this epidemic through testing, prevention, and education,” said Richard Reams of Palmetto Community Care.
ENTERTAINMENT
The evening will be hosted by Patti O’Furniture and feature drag performances by Crystal Envy and Kenya Pleaser. Guests can expect multiple bingo rounds with prizes throughout the night.
DINING & BAR
The event features a full Southern Antipasto spread, three chef-prepared food stations — Salthouse Crab Cake, Jerk Chicken Taco, and Butternut Squash Ravioli — and a dessert station. The open bar will feature premium spirits, including Woodford Reserve, Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7, Hendrick’s Gin, Reyka Vodka, and Milagro Tequila, alongside craft beers from SNAFU Brewing Company and wine from Drop of Sunshine.
LIVE AUCTION
A live auction will feature six lots, including a Palm Springs getaway, a choose-your-own-adventure trip with destinations including Costa Rica, Kentucky Bourbon Country, the Grand Ole Opry, and Tuscany, an Asheville Escape, a private chef experience, original artwork, and a personal styling session.
