Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Answers! These are the most frequently asked questions and their answers.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

The two closest city parking garages are the Wentworth Garage (12 Philip Street) and Majestic Square (153 Marketing Street). So we recommend carpooling or if you plan to drink, please use a ride share or taxi!

CAN I VOLUNTEER?

We would love your help for Gay Bingo. It takes a village to put on an evening filled with so much fun and our volunteers are invaluable to us. We have a number of shifts and options. Sign up here today!

DO I NEED TO BRING BINGO EQUIPMENT?

Bingo cards and dabbers are included for all attendees at Gay Bingo. You are welcome to bring your own dabber, but we will have these provided free of charge, courtesy of Avita Pharmacy.

WILL THERE BE FOOD & DRINK?

We will have local beer, wine, soft drinks, and COCKTAILS!  We have your food needs covered with amazing food trucks that open at 5:00 p.m. at the venue! Please note that the bar will be a cashless bar!

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A COSTUME?

Not at all. We are encouraging our guests to dress to our Mardi Gras theme, but it is not required at all. For those who do dress up, we will be giving away a few prizes for the very best! We suggest a mad hat as a great accessory!

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET? CAN I TRANSFER IT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

We will have a Will Call for tickets and you can show your tickets on your mobile device, but entry will go much quicker for those who print their tickets and bring them with everyone in their party. Don’t worry, we will recycle all of that paper!

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

Anyone who plans to drink alcohol will need to show ID and receive a wristband. While we don’t have a minimum age for attendance, we do ask that anyone in attendance 16 or younger be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There will be some adult humor, so please use your discretion if bringing children.

IS MY TICKET TAX DEDUCTIBLE?

All but $10 per ticket/seat is tax deductible. Your contribution will be going toward programs and services at Palmetto Community Care.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Doors open for all other guests at 5PM. The show will begin promptly at 6:30PM.

If you have additional questions please contact Richard Reams and we will continually update this page with questions and answers.
